At White Mountain Ski Co, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
